JULESATUB INTER-GLOBAL ENERGY LTD is a Nigerian renewable energy development company focused on expanding access to reliable, affordable, and sustainable electricity across underserved and growth-oriented communities. The Company specializes in the development, deployment, and operation of solar hybrid mini-grids, interconnected energy systems, and distributed clean-energy solutions that support households, micro-, small- and medium-scale enterprises (MSMEs), and productive economic activities.

JULESATUB operates in alignment with national energy access priorities and implements projects under programmes of the Rural Electrification Agency (REA), with support from World Bank–assisted initiatives, including the DARES Productive Use Equipment (PUE) and DARES Solar for Business frameworks. Our solutions are designed to stimulate local economic development, enhance business productivity, create jobs, and reduce dependence on fossil-fuel-based power generation.

The Company’s project portfolio spans isolated mini-grids in Ekiti State and interconnected mini-grids in Oyo and Kogi States, developed in coordination with licensed electricity distribution companies. Each project follows a structured development approach that integrates technical excellence, financial sustainability, community engagement, and environmental and social safeguards in accordance with applicable regulations and international best practices.
